Our waitress was drunk! Like actually drunk! She was stumbling around and slurring her words. She took our order then brought out the wrong thing. We told her is was wrong and didn't want to pay for what we didn't order. She said she "would see what she could do" well she never came back to the table. So we ate the wrong food paid and left. My husband and I will never return!

Hey management, READ YOUR REVIEWS!!!!!!! This place could be so good but it always sucks, why?why? i ask!!!! Because the service sucks. Last night, even tho its open until midnight every night, there was one server doing it all but she kept calling out 15 minutes to go, 10 minutes to go, so annoying!!! My omelette came out super dry and so did my bf's crepes, I had to ask for more sauce. The mozzerella sticks were hot and awesome, best part of our meal. No actually the cinnamon pancakes were the bomb too. Like a big cinnabun. For 2 people with tip $40!!! Ouch I rather go to Denny's. Oh and it was freezing in there, uncomfortable.

Was pleasantly surprised when returning to this location on a recent Saturday morning. They had a great remodel done which made the place less cheesy. Was greeted right away by a new hostess who was very nice the food was pretty good for an IHOP and our server was very sweet and attentive. Our coffee pot was never empty and even though it was pretty busy our food came out quickly and was nice and warm. Their Cinnamon Brioche FT is very delicious, I definitely recommend it. One thing I also noticed is they have a new crew with a few of the old crew. This place has really turned itself around since the last time I ate there. Was not disappointed at all.

We don't normally go to Ihop but the 11 year old got to pick where to go for Bfast since he had a great mid-term report. I was very pleasantly surprised by the lady at the front who was very friendly and helpful when I asked for a booth. Our server was attentive and nice as well. The food tasted as expected and filled us up which we are always happy about. The only thing I would like to see different from them is the fact that I don't think they clean as much as they should. Definitely dirty carpets and super sticky syrups.

Came here for the first time yesterday for the free pancake day (fundraiser for Primary Children's Hospital) and was pleasantly surprised by the great service. Though we were all there for the free pancakes (we also ordered coffee and some other food for my friend who is gluten-free) we were seated promptly and politely, and though it took awhile for the server to initially get to us (there only seemed to be 2 or 3 working at 7:30am though more came in at 8am), our waitress was very friendly and prompt taking our order and bringing our food and check. We gave her a great tip and donated to Primary's. I also appreciated that she left the whole carafe of coffee on our table (such a pain to wait for warm-ups!) Our free short stack of pancakes was standard but good, with the signature big glob of butter on top. She brought the syrup to us in 6 little plastic cups with lids, which was fine but we thought a little strange. (Everyone complains about the food, but c'mon, people: it's IHOP. Adjust your expectations and you'll be happy with your chain-restaurant diner food.) The restaurant and restrooms were clean and tidy. On our way out another server told me how cute our kids were (so friendly!) If I get a hankerin' for IHOP again, I'll definitely come here for the friendly service.

I only go every now and then just to not eat fast food but still have something close to work. The manager (or who I heard was the manager) one day was playing host. She had zero sense of urgency. She took her time talking with the people that arrived before us instead of taking them to their table. She finally took them to their table (the place was empty by the way) so we thought she would be back to seat us. We waited a few minutes and just left. It really shouldn't take more than 60 seconds to seat 2 parties. If it were dinner time and I had time to spare, ok whatever, but I don't want to take a longer lunch than what I intend.

After eating at this location, I will NEVER go to another ihop again. The food was so gross, I think I could have eaten better dumpster diving! The service was terrible. I'm not sure what was worse our waitress or the three cops sitting in the booth next to us cussing away and talking about inappropriate things. I guess I should have expected it but really ihop..... Where do you get off charging so much for the crap you call food?!

I heard they got new management. And that things are better. Nope, nothing changed. mediocre service, they forgot my tea twice. Had to send back the pancakes how do you screw up pancakes - its IHOP - pancakes are supposed to be your speciality! They no longer have hot maple syrup?!? This is my last visit to IHOP.

This IHOP is in the shopping center with Fresh Market grocery store. It doesn't stay open very late so that is kind of annoying. The staff are friendly. The inside is clean. The neighborhood is very safe. it is better than the Denny's on 45th South. I've never had anything other than breakfast food here. The food is okay.
